The following information clause fulfils the obligation to inform persons who submit data via the contact form, e-mail, telephone or in connection with a business enquiry.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing
- responding to enquiries and conducting correspondence: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR;
- preparing offers and taking pre-contractual steps: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- electronic marketing upon consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable electronic communications legislation;
- establishing, pursuing or defending claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- compliance with legal obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
3. Categories of Data
We process the data you provide voluntarily, in particular your name, company name, telephone number, e-mail address, message content, consent information and basic technical data related to use of the website.
4. Recipients of Data
Data may be received by IT, hosting, e-mail, CRM, legal and accounting service providers, as well as public authorities where required by law.
5. Retention Period
We retain enquiry data for the duration of the matter and then for the period needed to secure claims, usually no longer than 24 months, unless further retention is required by contract, law or the legitimate interests of the controller. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, receive a copy of your data, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer data, object, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, Poland) or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
7. Voluntary Nature and Consequences of Not Providing Data
Providing data is voluntary but necessary for handling your enquiry. Failure to provide the required fields in the form will prevent the submission from being sent or a response from being given.
8. Automated Decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects. The website may in future use analytics or marketing tools solely in accordance with the consents given.
