This policy describes how Project Plus HR Sp. z o.o. processes the personal data of website visitors and persons who contact us via the contact form, telephone or e-mail.

2. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on how you use our website, we may process:
- identification and contact data: name, company name, telephone number, e-mail address;
- the content of messages and brief descriptions submitted through the contact form;
- information about consents given, including marketing consents and cookie preferences;
- technical data related to the use of the website, such as IP address, date and time of visit, device and browser information, and basic server logs.

4. Recipients of Personal Data
Data may be transferred to entities supporting the controller in its operations, in particular providers of hosting, e-mail, IT tools, accounting and legal services, CRM platforms, security services, and to public authorities where required by law.
5. International Data Transfers
In the current version of the website, no external analytics or marketing tools have been activated. Should such tools be introduced in the future, data transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur. In such cases, the controller will apply appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other mechanisms provided for by the GDPR.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, Poland) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
7. Voluntary Provision of Data
Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but failure to provide the required fields (name, e-mail) will prevent your enquiry from being processed. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect your ability to submit an enquiry.
8. Profiling and Automated Decisions
We do not make decisions about users based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect them. If analytics or marketing tools are introduced in the future, basic marketing profiling may occur solely within the scope of the consent given.
